ITF Psychometric Foundation

Founded in 2011, ITF Psychometric Foundation is a leading organization dedicated to advancing psychometric assessments for personal, professional, and organizational development. At the core of our research and application is DI16, a behavioral assessment tool rooted in the DISC framework, synergizing the psychological traits of 16PF and the emotional dimensions of MIT. Developed by Dr. Vipin Mittal, DI16 is designed to analyze individual behavior and preferences in different environments and under varying situations, making it a powerful tool for self-awareness, career planning, leadership development, and recruitment solutions.

The DI16 assessment, available in English and Hindi, consists of 28 questions, each containing four descriptive statements, from which respondents select the option that is ‘Most’ and ‘Least’ representative of themselves. Suitable for individuals aged 16 and above, this test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. With an internal reliability ranging from 0.74 to 0.94 across its four dimensions—Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C)—and a Cronbach’s Alpha Reliability between 0.77 and 0.87, DI16 ensures high accuracy and consistency in behavioral analysis. The construct validity of 0.76 and content validity further strengthen its credibility. The multidimensional scaling solution positions D/I in the upper vertical, C/S in the lower vertical, D/C in the left horizontal, and I/S in the right horizontal, demonstrating a well-balanced framework for behavioral assessment. Additionally, correlation coefficients between D, I, S, C and the 16PF traits (Dominance, Liveliness, Sensitivity, and Rule-consciousness) confirm its robust scientific foundation.

Our DI16 model is widely utilized for organizational development, leadership training, team building, career counseling, executive coaching, and conflict resolution. It plays a crucial role in recruitment, ensuring that candidates are assessed not only for their skills but also for their behavioral fit within an organization. Given that individuals are often hired based on skills but may face challenges due to behavioral mismatches, DI16 provides an objective yet insightful approach to personality assessment. Measuring 28 factors across Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness, the model integrates all 15 parameters of 16PF and the 7 intelligence types from MIT, making it one of the most comprehensive and reliable psychometric tools available.

At ITF Psychometric Foundation, we are committed to enhancing human potential through scientifically validated assessments, enabling individuals and organizations to make informed decisions that drive growth, productivity, and success.
