TECHNOLOGY ADVANCEMENT WITH ‘MAKE IN INDIA’

ABSTRACT

Indian Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi talked about the conceptual importance of manufacturing and technological advancement in a drive namely ‘Make in India’ launched on 25th September 2014 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi and focused an approach to turnaround India’s growth by facilitating the inflow of new technology and capital, while creating millions of jobs and putting India prominently on the global manufacturing map. The “Make in India” program has introduced new initiatives to lure foreign investors to look at India for their future investments.
