ENHANCE IMAGE COMPRESSION USING HUFFMAN CODING IN SATELLITE COMMUNICATION: A REVIEW

ABSTRACT

Satellite Communication exploitation has become hug increase & ever present throughout the country for such diverse applications like Television, DTH Broadcasting, DSNG and VSAT to exploit the unique capabilities in terms of coverage and outreach. In our research we would compress the image and retain its quality. These images are to be transmitted through satellite communication. In order to make image transmission fast over satellite it is must to compress image using image processing techniques.
