ABSTRACT

Today we are living in the age of digital revolution. Therefore, online business activities have become part and parcel of human life as well as business firms. Due to the impact of digital revolution on consumer behavior and on business has been set apart with a serious level of dynamism. Nobody can deny the fact that in this monopolistic serious market each organization is having practically a similar innovation and this has created a crowd of normalized items with distinction on just one front for example the brand name, which can pull in individuals without any problem. This has brought about the idea of baiting the most extreme clients by getting increasingly creative. Consequently, digital impact in business norms has fully empowered the organizations to enroll their quality at each alcove and corner and take the assistance of most recent of the innovation in all undertakings. In this regard, one of the most important innovation is "Web based shopping". That is why; most of the business firms and undertakings are in favour of web based shopping stores. The present research paper makes a review of online purchase behaviour of Indian consumers in the changing business scenario throughout the country.
