AN ANALYTICAL STUDY OF STRESS MANAGEMENT AMONG THE SELECTED PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTOR BANK EMPLOYEES IN HISAR DISTRICT OF HARYANA

ABSTRACT

The concept of workplace stress is becoming a major issue and it is a concern for both the employees and the organizations. Also, it has become a part of life for the employees, as life today has become so complex at home as well as outside. A study of this research covers the causes of stress, role of performance and demonetization of bank employees at Hisar district. This study attempts to assess the factors that cause the stress, role of performance and demonetization process. A survey is conducted with 44 bank employees from the selected public and private sector banks to perform quantitative analysis.
