Women entrepreneurship has gained significant attention in recent years as a key driver of economic growth, job creation, and innovation. However, women entrepreneurs face unique challenges that impact their ability to sustain and grow businesses. These challenges include access to finance, societal and cultural biases, limited networks, and work-life balance pressures. Despite these obstacles, many women-owned businesses have successfully navigated these barriers through strategic planning, innovation, and leveraging supportive ecosystems. This research paper examines the challenges and success factors influencing the sustainability of women-led enterprises. By analyzing case studies and empirical research, the study highlights the key drivers of business sustainability, including financial literacy, technological adoption, policy support, mentorship programs, and resilience strategies. The findings suggest that fostering an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem can enhance the long-term viability of women-owned businesses, contributing to overall economic development.
