ABSTRACT

In addition to financial hardship, the main causes of malnutrition in India today are ignorance of a child’s nutritional needs. Food and nutrition problems are primarily caused by poverty and poor quality regular meals. The answer to these problems lies in making sure the right nutrients are consumed in sufficient amounts. This depends on both the availability of food and the population’s knowledge of nutrition. In the modern period, significant advancements have been made in the fields of psychology, housing, health, nutrition, sanitation, textiles, and psychology. These advancements have made scientific information more accessible, knowledge that is necessary for the horn maker to manage the house on a daily basis. As the home is the basis for all national initiatives and developments, it is imperative that every housewife in the country has access to this knowledge. One of the biggest issues being brought up these days is the scope of home science education. By creating a counterquestion, one can offer the best possible answer to the original question. Is there a field outside of science that offers a better return on investment for everyday living than home science? This subject gently shows us that wealthy women who do not work get their wealth at home without strain or worry. There are times when it seems like working women are gaining everything—from unfathomable calm to organized homes to fulfilling lives with their families. Since nutrition and health are two sides of the same coin, they are related concepts in home science. Even though optimal health is the ultimate goal of nutrition, nutrition is actually a critical component of health. More and more people at the national and international levels are realizing that nutrition is a key development indicator. The nutritional health of the populace is seen as both a resource and a requirement for the nation’s progress.
