Dr. Anil Kumar
Page No. : 52-56

ABSTRACT

Using a range of vehicles and various infrastructural systems, transportation transports both people and things from one location to another. It accomplishes this using both technology (specifically, vehicles, energy, and infrastructure) and human labor, resulting in both the desired outcomes of passenger travel and freight shipments as well as unfavorable outcomes like air pollution, noise, traffic jams, collisions, injuries, and fatalities. One of the most significant occupations of men in every stage of advanced civilization has been transportation, which is a personal activity, a societal duty, and an industry. No country could afford to ignore the critical role that transportation plays in both the expansion of domestic and international trade as well as in national and regional economic development. The current initiative aims to explain regional infrastructure disparities, of which transportation is the most crucial element.
