Each individual has the right to life support. He has the right to take preventive action against anybody who intends to damage his body or property. The Indian Penal Code’s Chapter 4 grants the right. The law also allows for the protection of one’s person and one’s property against harm, which one must undertake morally. This right is given to a person so that they can safeguard their lives without worrying about breaking the law and save their own or others’ lives. Legislation defends the innocent and respects their right to self-defense and property ownership. If such a legislation does not exist, the accused will be in breach.
