The agricultural sector is India’s primary economic engine. Most Indians rely on farming for their income, which is around 70% of the total population. People in our nation may still make a living off of it. Both humans and animals may satisfy their fundamental desires with it. Many different types of agricultural businesses rely heavily on this as a key raw material supply. India’s agricultural circumstances are one of a kind due to the country’s favourable geographical location. Plains exist, as do fertile soil, an extended growth season, a range of weather conditions, etc. India’s inventive initiatives to boost output are rooted in the country’s history of experimentation and not just its location in a particularly fertile portion of the world. In this lesson, we’ll examine the interplay between agricultural methods, cropping patterns, and geographical considerations. Moreover, we will talk about some of the most pressing problems and obstacles that Indian agriculture is now facing.
