We created 3-Acetyl coumarin, which was synthesized with the catalytic amount of piperidine while stirring in the presence of salicylaldehyde and ethyl acetoacetate. In 2015 Ali Mahadi et.al synthesized the reactants and also give its data to prove his synthesized work and prepare 3-Acetyl coumarin which was further treated with thiosemicarbazide and converted into {2(1-(2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl){ethylidene hydrazine-1-carbothioamide}. Further,)the synthesized reactant was treated with tosylates and prepared thiazoles. The framework of incorporated compounds have been confirmed using physical and spectroscopic data. With the assistance of Hantzch thiazole synthesis, the prepared carbothioamides derivatives were treated with HTIB, and we got thiazoles and further interest in biological activities, which give their pharmaceutical importance.
