A STUDY OF IMPACT OF STRESS ON THE TEACHERS IN REFERENCE TO THE MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION

ABSTRACT

This study investigates the impact that stress has on instructors in relation to the medium in which teaching is provided. Random selection techniques were used to pick a total of 80 teachers from the private and public schools. Of these, 40 instructors (20 male and 20 female) were chosen from the private schools, while 40 teachers (20 male and 20 female) were chosen from the public schools. The researcher conducting this study came to the conclusion that stress plays an important part in the lives of teachers. According to the findings, it does not matter if a teacher is a man or a woman; they are both equally unaffected by stress. Although there will be some tension, it won’t be nearly as significant as the variations between male and female teachers’ stress levels. The fact that male and female teachers must simultaneously fulfil other tasks in their lives in addition to their teaching responsibilities is a source of stress for both. Hindi Medium are also one of the reasons why teachers experience stress. This is because Hindi Medium require teachers to prepare themselves before entering the classroom, present themselves confidently in front of students, and deal with a variety of challenges and questions posed by students based on the levels at which they are studying.
