Biju P M, Dr. Ratnesh Chandra Sharma
Page No. : 289-296

ABSTRACT

Financial literacy is the study of financial concerns, specifically the difficulties that employees must solve in order to save enough money for a decent retirement. Individuals are now assuming more responsibility for a growing number of financial choices, the most important of which is the establishment of a retirement fund. As a result of this new environment, in which people are more concerned with determining their own retirement income, factors such as overall financial knowledge, an understanding of the retirement saving process, and the recognition of the need for adequate savings have become critical to successfully achieving one’s retirement goals.
