The process of learning stimulates the generation of new ideas while discouraging the mechanical accumulation of a sequence of facts. When we reconsider old concepts and come back to them with fresh conclusions about new ideas that are in conflict with our previous views, we are said to be learning. Learning is shown as an active and creative process in which the learner constructs an internal depiction of information, also known as a person’s interpretation of experience, as a result of his or her own efforts. During the formation and perception of meaning, learning is a dynamic process in which experience plays an extremely significant role. In this perspective of knowledge, reality is not denied; rather, reality is acknowledged as placing restrictions on current beliefs, and each individual’s knowledge of the world is interpreted in accordance with their own experiences, according to this viewpoint.
