These factors have led to the growth of the retail sector in that nation. The Indian economy has seen a significant increase in the amount of foreign direct investment over the course of the last few years, which has facilitated a speeding of the process of creating policies and plans inside the nation. A rejuvenation of the legal environment for foreign direct investment in the retail market for single and multiple brands has produced a fresh vigour in the retail sector. This revitalization has led to an increase in the overall competitiveness of the retail industry. The retail business as a whole has become more enthusiastic as a direct result of this newly discovered vitality. It is projected that the relatively low contribution of organised retail will soon have a considerable boost thanks to foreign direct investment since the retail sector is developing at such a quick rate. This is because the retail industry is developing at such a quick rate.
