It is not possible to be free from mental stress in modern life. The most important way to stay free from stress is to bring change in P. Stress has become an integral part of life in the difficulties that life is going through. Every person suffers from stress. Often people are afraid to go to a psychiatrist to get rid of it. People think of it as a cure for insanity. Mental1Yoga-Pranayama is better for peace and balance. This develops the ability of mental balance. With this, we can stay away from serious diseases.
