ABSTRACT

Mental health is the establishment for prosperity and successful working for an individual and for a community. It is more than the shortfall of mental sickness, for the states and limits noted in the definition have esteem in themselves. Notwithstanding this, mental health is as yet depicted by some as an extravagance. The false impressions on which this view is based are presently more clear than they were previously, and World Health Organization (WHO) and other global associations distinguish the improvement of mental health as a need worry for low and center pay nations just as for more affluent countries and individuals. We know the fact that COVID-19 pandemic created immense psychological disturbances like uncertainty, anxiety, stress, frustration and intolerance due to fears of spreading the virus. Actually, mental health problems deal with the issues like isolation, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse and violence among children, adolescents, adults and elderly people. In other words we can say that the problem of mental health is a very crucial issue during the time of COVID-19. Present research paper makes a review of key components and WHO’s life skills to promote mental health.
