LEADERSHIP LESSONS FROM CHAK-DE-INDIA

ABSTRACT

Leadership is the ability to influence a group towards achievement of a vision or a set of goals. A conception that leadership is best understood in terms of traits or dispositions held by an individual that are accountable for the observed leadership. A conception that leadership is best understood in terms of the actions taken by an individual in the conduct of leading a group. A conception that leadership is best understood in terms of situational factors that promote the occurrence of leadership. This paper tells about the leadership lessons learnt from the movie Chak De India.
