ABSTRACT

Retail business plays a major role in increasing productivity across a good vary of trade goods and services, and it is a giant business in developed countries, and it’s a rather more organized format in Asian country. Most of the selling in Asian country happens within the un-organized sector with over twelve million shops of assorted sizes and formats. Selling involves direct interface with the client and co-ordination of business activities from end-to-end merchandise. The retailers were more concise with satisfying their customers since the customer satisfaction will be the core point of improving the retailer’s products and services. So the researcher has made an attempt to measure the satisfaction level of customers in the shopping mall.
