Dr. Vipin Mittal

Dr. Vipin Mittal is an accomplished academician, researcher, and entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in the fields of education and research. He is the Editor-in-Chief of two esteemed international research journals: International Journal for Research Technology and Seminar (ISSN: 2347-6117 [Print], ISSN: 3048-703X [Online]) and Takshila Journal of Research (ISSN: 3048-717X [Online]). Both journals adhere to the rigorous IEEE standards and are indexed in over 20 prestigious databases, showcasing Dr. Mittal's commitment to advancing research in technology and related fields.

In addition to his editorial roles, Dr. Mittal holds several significant leadership positions. He is the director of three key educational and charitable foundations in India: the IJRTS Takshila Foundation (DIN: 09633087, Company: U80902HR2022NPL104244), Jai Bhanbhori Mata Educational Charitable Institution (Company: U80900HR2022NPL107651), and the Mahadev-Educational Provincial Foundation (Company: U80902HR2023NPL109307). Furthermore, Dr. Mittal is the director of IJRTS Publications (Reg # PSA/REG/JND/L1-JND-1/0167151), a publication house supporting research and scholarly communication.

Dr. Mittal's academic qualifications are extensive. He earned his PhD in Financial Management from Bhagwant University, Ajmer, Rajasthan. He also holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from ICFAI University, Gurugram, a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jaypee University of Information and Technology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management from IGNOU. He is also certified by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), further underscoring his expertise in intellectual property rights.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Mittal worked as a software engineer at Oracle, gaining valuable industry experience before transitioning into academia. Throughout his professional journey, he has authored numerous research papers, attended various conferences, and conducted workshops across India and abroad, contributing significantly to the academic community.

Recently, Dr. Mittal played a pivotal role in the establishment of Sardar Patel University of Sikkim, a UGC-approved institution. The university’s legislative bill (Bill Number 14 of 2023) was passed in the Sikkim State Legislative Assembly on November 3, 2023, and Dr. Mittal serves as the Co-founder of this newly founded university.

Dr. Mittal's educational journey began at D.A.V. School in Jind, Haryana. His personal life is rooted in a family of educators. His father was a retired professor, and his mother served as a principal, both in government colleges in Haryana. His wife, Dr. Neha Mittal, is an Assistant Professor at Shaheed Major Sanjeev Lather Government College Julana in Jind, Haryana. His sister is a software professional working in Mumbai, while his brother-in-law serves as the Country Head of Marketing for Procter & Gamble (P&G). Dr. Mittal is also a proud father of two children, Prisha Mittal, aged 10, and Anjaneya Mittal, aged 3.
