Jai Kishan
Page No. : 49-52

ABSTRACT

John Keats is widely regarded as one of the most important figures of the Romantic movement, known for his rich, evocative poetry that explores beauty, nature, love, and mortality. This paper delves into the narrative techniques employed by Keats in his major works, such as The Eve of St. Agnes, La Belle Dame sans Merci, Hyperion, and Ode to a Nightingale. By examining his use of vivid imagery, symbolism, sensuous language, and the blend of classical and romantic elements, this study seeks to highlight how Keats’s narrative methods contribute to the depth and resonance of his poetry. Through close readings and comparative analysis, the paper reveals how Keats’s narrative techniques enhance his thematic concerns and solidify his position as a master of poetic storytelling.
