Page No. : 94-98

ABSTRACT

The integration of digital technology in education has transformed learning environments globally. However, the digital divide remains a significant barrier to educational equity, particularly in rural regions. This study investigates the extent of the digital divide in rural schools of Haryana, India, and evaluates its impact on students’ access to quality education. Employing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, the research explores infrastructural disparities, digital literacy gaps, and policy shortcomings. The findings underscore the urgent need for targeted interventions to bridge digital disparities and foster inclusive education in rural Haryana.
