Page No. : 144-152

ABSTRACT

The legal profession is often characterized by high stress, long working hours, and demanding schedules, which can disrupt work-life balance. This study investigates the role of yoga as a therapeutic and transformative practice in enhancing work-life balance among legal professionals. Through a mixed-methods approach, the research examines the effects of yoga on stress reduction, time management, and emotional well-being. Quantitative data collected from 200 legal practitioners highlight significant improvements in physical and mental health indicators, while qualitative insights reveal a deeper sense of personal satisfaction and professional productivity. The findings suggest that incorporating yoga into daily routines can serve as an effective strategy for maintaining equilibrium between personal and professional life in the legal domain.
